Mosaic Super Shine

Cleanser to remove the tacky dispersion layer of top coat.  May be used for tack-free top coat as well. Super Shine’s special formula cleans, polishes and protects the top coat’s gloss.   Super Shine can also be used to refresh the gloss on nails between fills.
