Mosaic Crystal Water Top Gel

Extreme gloss and durable shine! Flexible tack-free top coat with a perfectly smooth VERY shiny surface that can be soaked off.  Cures crystal clear & shines like water surface on a sunny day. Can be used over gel polish, builder gel, gel paints, pigments or glitter. Very thin viscosity so it can be applied in a very thin layer.  Cure 1 minute in standard 36w UV, or 30 seconds in 36w LED UV.
